E.S.M.A is a documentary film made in Argentina in the context of a residence in Buenos Aires (laureate by the French Institute and the Paris City Council). This Navy school was the largest detention and extermination centre during the military dictatorship of Videla. From 1976 to 1983, more than 5000 people died, including 2 French nuns. Kept secret for 30 years by the national authorities, these images convey the invisible traces of historical stigma. E.S.M.A is a gentle and poetic journey through a dictatorial and criminal past.
